BODY32 Terms of Use

Nature of the service

BODY32 is wellness content for self-discovery and lifestyle reflection. It is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, psychological assessment, treatment plan, or professional health consultation.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and provide information that is reasonably accurate.
• Do not use results as a basis for medical, employment, insurance, marriage, or other important decisions.
• Do not submit another person’s email or body information without their consent.

Characters and content

The BODY32 name, type system, Guardians, Passports, writing, and visual assets are service intellectual property. Personal result sharing is allowed; commercial resale, unauthorized reproduction, and automated extraction are not.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it informally through the contact below; if litigation becomes necessary, it will be filed with the court having jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act.

Changes and discontinuation

When the service or these terms change, we will announce it in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The same applies if the service is discontinued.
