BODY32 Privacy Notice

Information we collect

With your consent, we process your email, gender, age, height, weight, MBTI, blood type, answers to 20 questions, and calculated BODY32 result.

• Email is designed to be stored separately from assessment data for contact and consent records.
• MBTI and blood type are for aggregate distribution research and do not affect the v1 result or health interpretation.
• Raw answers and email addresses must not be sent as analytics event properties.

Purposes and external transfers

We use information to generate your BODY32 result, improve the service, and study aggregate type distributions within the scope of your consent.

When you choose BODY32 Coach, we request separate checkbox consent before sending your question and necessary profile context to the Gemini API. We do not send your email, and API response storage is designed to be disabled.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To view, correct, or delete your information, email us at: artgourmet.official@gmail.com. We confirm your identity using the email address you submitted with, then respond within a reasonable time.

• Once you request deletion, we remove your data without undue delay unless a law requires us to keep it.
• Even without a request, we do not keep information beyond what the service still needs.

Current local review environment

In development without Firebase, submissions are not written to a database and are handled ephemerally only to generate the result. Production storage is enabled only after the administrator completes Firebase setup and policy review.

Legal basis and cross-border transfer

Personal data processing follows South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and relies on the explicit consent collected before the assessment begins as its legal basis.

Questions and profile context sent to BODY32 Coach are transmitted to Google’s Gemini API, and results stored via Firebase (Google Cloud) may likewise be processed on servers outside Korea. Neither service receives your email address.

Recommended before public launch

The operator information and legal basis above are finalized. Because this service touches health-related content, a final review by qualified legal counsel is still recommended before a full public launch.
